We can co-ordinate the hiring of crew members as well as supervision of crew on-set. Namibian film crew technicians are not only qualified, but have the necessary experience needed to perform well in their fields.

Accommodation

We can arrange all needed accommodation for cast and crew all around Namibia.

Finance

We can handle all production finances. Payroll, accounting, VAT reconciliation & reclaim services (Tax incentive: 15% VAT return on qualifying Namibian expenditure)

Catering

We have a trusted network of film specific caterers and will coordinate all aspects of on-set catering.

Equipment

We can provide all high-quality equipment needed for production including cameras, rigs, grip packages, etc.

Transport

We can source any vehicle you might need for the transportation of cast, crew and equipment.

Props

We will source any props you might need for your shoot. If it exists, we will find it, if not we will find the people who can make it.

Work Permits

We can get work permits for all foreigners and sort out filming permissions for local and foreign producers as well as acquire all filming permits required to shoot.

Legal Affairs

We will assist with all legal agreements including arranging film permits, location agreements, cast and crew agreements and all agreements related to service providers on-set.

Insurance

We will ensure that the risks associated with the production is mitigated by arranging all needed insurance policies from trusted local companies.

Security

We can coordinate all aspects of Security, from on-set security to V.I.P. protection for actors or production staff.
